Bio:

Before coming to MSU, Larry Falconer worked as an Extension Economist-Management in the Texas A&M University Department of Agricultural Economics. Falconer's extension and applied research program focused on farm and ranch management, particularly dryland and irrigated row crops, rice and beef cattle production. Falconer began work at the Delta Research and Extension Center in 2012. His extension program focuses on farm management problems, particularly development of decision support aids for investment decision-making under risk. Falconer is currently carrying out research work on cost of production for various biofuel feedstocks and the associated economic impacts of biofuel feedstock, collaborating with personnel from Louisiana State University supported by an AFRI-CAP grant.
